With three decades of experience as a Science Teacher, Roger has led academic departments at several top schools in Victoria and NSW. He founded The Future Project - a student-focussed collaboration of schools, universities, and scientific research companies and is continuing his passion of bringing cutting edge science opportunities to teachers and students as a Teaching Scientist with Quantal Bioscience.

Roger holds a PhD in Educational Neuroscience from UNSW, where he continues to hold a part-time position in educational research with a deep interest in helping schools and teachers prepare students for the AI future-now. He established Learning Forge to support schools departments deliver excellence in science education.
